Had to get my Kia Telluride fixed after a freak accident of a tree falling on my brand new car, Bob got me in on a Saturday, handled my hysterics, and treated me with kindness and support. He kept me updated and always made sure i was getting the best care. Absolutely wonderful experience with him and his whole team.

I went to Bob Swartz to get my car repaired twice, and if anything happens to my car again I'll go back here for the third time because I had good experiences. Every time I called this shop everyone was helpful over the phone, and Bob was communicative and kept me informed of everything that was going on with all insurance issues. There were a lot of insurance issues that came up, and everyone here was as helpful as possible. The repairs were fast and my car has been doing great. I would recommend this place to people based on how they treated me both times.

I brought my Subaru in for repairs and had a fantastic experience! The Assistant Manager, Bob Schwartz, was outstanding from start to finish. Very professional, communicated clearly, stayed on top of everything, and made the entire process smooth and stress free! The work they did on my vehicle was top-notch! I can’t say enough good things about Bob and the team. Highly recommended!

My C8 went to these guys because I trusted them as they said they were the only certified corvette repair center around. What was once a small amount of fixable damage turned into a nightmare situation. I purchased this car for over MSRP from John Hall at the time they wouldn’t even open the car until I signed the paperwork. With a whopping 4000 miles it was hit from behind. After 9 months and multiple failed attempts to even put a basic paint job on the rear bumper the vehicle was removed to a different dealership to get it right. While it was there it was left completely uncovered allowing the entire engine bay to rust and oxidize, the entire interior was scuffed or damaged due to lack of care. There were body panels missing or not painted at all. We located multiple panels that were loose or damaged. There were oak leave stains all over the exterior from being parked under trees unprotected. Needless to say this once mint garage kept vehicle looked mimicked a used car lot junker. We gave John Hall the opportunity to make it right for months on end. After 9 months and the vehicle steadily deteriorating with thousands of dollars worth of damage later do your research before bri
